Some of what we were reading and loving in May!

Anne of Green Gables, Anne of Avonlea, Anne of the Island What can be said about these beloved books except that they are lovely and should not be missed, EVER. My children even the boys love Anne.

Story Thieves This was enjoyed by all. It was just a fun good read that everyone enjoyed. This one was fun to talk about the different books that are mentioned and see if we have read them or not.

Jane Eyre Charlotte Bronte

Bomb Steve Sheikin This was such an interesting book about the race to invent the atomic bomb. IT WAS SO GOOD. We read this as part of our homeschool. I learned a lot and I love that it brings up such good conversation about knowledge, power and responsibility.

The Silver Chair C.S. Lewis

The Fellowship of the Ring: Book 1
